Can my reservation be changed or modified?
This depends on if your reservation is refundable or Non-refundable and if there is availability at the property for and changes or modifications requested. If the reservation is refundable you can look up the new rates and availability and make a new booking and cancel the old one. If you are unable to do so or have questions please give us a call.
Can you tell me the details of the invoice and can you send it to me?
This information is broken down on your confirmation email sent to the email address provided. Your total booking cost, taxes and fees will be outlined on your email. Additionally, you will receive a hard copy in the mail of your hotel booking and your payment details. Please note any additional taxes and resort fees are typically payable directly to the hotel and are not received with your order on HotelPower.com.
I called the hotel/I am at the hotel and they don't have my reservation in the system. Can you help me?
Not to worry! Once your booking is made with HotelPower.com it is guaranteed. Please note that while your booking has been confirmed, the rooming list with your name may not be adjusted in the hotel’s reservation system until closer to arrival. If you are traveling in the next 72hrs please allow at least 24hrs for the hotel to receive the rooming list with your name. If you are booking for same day check in please allow up to 4hrs for the hotel to receive the rooming list with your name.
